TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.-Paypal Fee should be shouldered by the client.-Full or half payment is required before I start the commission.-Rush fees: 25% of the commission price. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.-Extra fees: 5% to 25% of the commission price. I have the right to charge extra fees if; your character is highly detailed or if you have no existing design yet for your character (OC). Please discuss with me for a price quote if you want to add extra variations.-I am allowed to decline any commission requests.-You must credit me when you post the commissioned work in public.-Unless otherwise discussed, I can post/use the commission artworks on social media or on my portfolio sites.-NSFW themes will cost more. (+50% of original price)

REFUND POLICY

-Illustrations: Clients are eligible for a refund before the start of the sketching process.-Vtuber Models: In order to secure a slot, there will be a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total commission fees.-In case of cancellation, 50% of the payment will be refunded during the sketching process.-During the rendering process, clients are not eligible for a refund.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

-If the client wishes to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.-The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.-The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
